GRD Group Achieves SSIP and CDM Advisor Accreditations

We’re proud to announce that GRD Group is now an SSIP-accredited business and officially recognised as CDM Advisors. These accreditations represent another important step forward for our team and the clients we support.

What Is SSIP and Why Does It Matter?

SSIP, or Safety Schemes in Procurement, is a recognised standard that confirms a business meets high levels of health and safety competence. For many clients, especially in construction, SSIP accreditation is more than a bonus, it is a baseline requirement for working together.

Holding an SSIP certificate means we can demonstrate our health and safety capabilities quickly and clearly during the tender process. It also reinforces our commitment to keeping people safe across every project, no matter the size or sector.

CDM Advisors Accreditation

Alongside our SSIP status, we are now officially accredited as CDM Advisors. This formal recognition supports our work across the construction lifecycle, helping clients meet their duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.

Whether acting as consultants, advisors, or principal designers, our role is always the same — to embed safety, compliance, and good practice into every stage of a build.
