Celebrating Two Years of GRD Group (UK) Ltd: From Strength to Strength
This May marks two years since we launched, and what a journey it’s been. From a single service offering to a dual consultancy with national reach, GRD Group has grown in both scale and impact.
A Name That Reflects Who We Are
We started life as GRD:EDI Ltd, focused exclusively on equality, disability and inclusion. As our reputation and client base grew, so did our services. In 2024, we rebranded as GRD Group (UK) Ltd, bringing our CDM consultancy and inclusive design work together under one name, offering specialist support in both construction health & safety and inclusive design consultancy.
A New Home in the Heart of Leeds
We also moved into the Work Space Hub in Leeds city centre, placing ourselves right in the heart of the region’s construction, property and design community. Being in such a vibrant, connected environment has helped us collaborate more closely with clients and peers across the sector.
Growing Our Team and Impact

Looking Ahead: UKREiiF 2025
We’re proud to be part of the national conversation around regeneration and development. That’s why we’ll be marking our second birthday with a celebration during UKREiiF 2025 in Leeds (20–22 May – exact date TBC). It’s the perfect opportunity to raise a glass with clients, peers and collaborators who have been part of our journey so far.
