GRD:CDM, working alongside Crucible Project Management, have (and are) provided CDM services on office upgrades and refurbishments.

This has included a concurrent CAT A and CAT B scheme, where we advised our client on how to progress as there were technically two clients.

Other schemes have included major office refurbishments that also had decanting to consider.

Clients have included such as BHP Solicitors and New Era Developments.

Services include Principal Designer (PD), PD Advisor, Client CDM Advisor, H&S site inspections and Principal Contractor support.
