Working on school improvement schemes across England, projects are varied, including (but not limited to):

· Roof renewal works

· Window replacement projects

· Mechanical and electrical repairs and upgrades

· Heating

Working to tight deadlines, and often in ‘live’ environments involving children, GRD:CDM (working alongside WHP Ltd as project managers) provide Principal Designer services and Client support, covering the requirements of the CDM Regulations 2015.

GRD:CDM also provide on-site H&S site inspections on all projects to assist with ensuring contractors are meeting the high H&S standards expected by the schools and our client.
